What are the goals of CFM ministry?

          To form and launch 100 missionary leaders forming families, communities, and churches that are making missionary disciples to carry out “The Joy of the Gospel.”  In everything we are doing, our goal is to mobilize Christians outside the walls of the church!

What is our four-part strategy to form these leaders?

          Our 4 strategic priorities are mentoring collaborative leaders, establishing effective evangelistic outreach, experiencing transformative prayer, and forming missionary disciples.

 

How are we carrying out this goal and strategy?

1. We invite individuals to transformative prayer experiences, missionary discipleship, and collaborative leadership training to impact their 1) families, 2) ministries/churches, and 3) people in their everyday life.

2. We establish CFM communities to form missionary disciples in Connect Groups.

3. We host ongoing CFM leadership communities and Parish Revitalization Reunions to train leaders to bring this calling to their ministries and/or parishes.

4. We help CFM ministry partners to launch outreach apostolates and/or spread this calling in their families, ministries, churches, and everyday life, and “multiply” the work by continually mentoring new leaders.  We also unite with other Christians to reach our communities together, and this happens most often through the 603 Gospel Challenge.
